After obtaininga doctor's degree in Engineering in XJTU in December 1996, I was assigned toXi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications (XUPT) for teaching &scientific research. Assumed as deputy director of Department of Computer ofXUPT in July 1999, dean of School of ElectronicEngineering in November 2009, director of Graduate Department, dean of GraduateSchool in July 2011, and vice president of XUPT, vice chairman of SchoolAcademic Committee in December 2014.Atpresent, serve as President of XUPT, and Vice Chairman of School AcademicCommittee.
