Liao Guisheng, Professor (Adjunct) and PhD Supervisor
Liao Guisheng, male, born in 1963, is a professor, doctoral supervisor, distinguished professor of Changjiang Scholars Program, winner of The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, as well as leader of Innovation Team of Ministry of Education for Radar Signal Processing. In 2004, he was selected as "National Candidate for New Century National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project".In 1992, he received a doctorate in Signal and Information Processing Engineering from Xidian University and then was singled out as a professor in 1997.He serves as the current dean of School of Electronic Engineering, Xidian University, deputy director of the State Key Laboratory for Radar Signal Processing and executive vice dean of Aerospace Research Institute of Xidian University. Currently, he is an expert in General Group of National Security Major Basic Research Projects, person in charge of key projects of The National Natural Science Foundation of China, one of the academic leaders of "111 Plan" Base (Base for Program of Introducing Talents of Discipline to Universities) and Innovation Team of Ministry of Education for Intelligent Perception and Image Understanding, member of the expert group of A Major Project of National Medium and Long Term Science and Technology Development Plan of the Ministry of Education, "High Resolution Earth Observation System" editorial advisory board member of Systems Engineering and Electronics, Chinese Journal of Radio Science and Data Acquisition and Processing, member of remote Sensing Telemetry and Remote Control Branch of Chinese Institute of Electronics, director of The Electronics Institute of Shaanxi Province, deputy director of Specialized Committee of Signal and Information Processing and so on. In May 2012, he was selected to be awarded the title of "Experts with Outstanding Contribution in Shaanxi Province".

He has co-published more than 200 retrieval papers by SCI, EI in major domestic and foreign publications such as IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing and Science China, and has presided over more than 10 key scientific research projects, such as subject of National 973 Program, National "863" Program, Key projects of National Natural Science Foundation of China, The National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, National Defense Basic Scientific Research, Assembly Advanced Research, Major Innovation Projects in Shaanxi Province, and so on. In addition, he has also won one first prize and four second prizes at the provincial and ministerial level and has been granted more than 20 national invention patents.

Jiang Lin, Professor and Postgraduate Supervisor
Jiang Lin: born in November 1970 in Yangling, Shaanxi Province, a second-grade professor and doctoral supervisor, now is the expert with the Special Government Allowances of the State Council,Young and Middle-aged Leading Personnel in Scientific and Technological Innovation in Shaanxi Province and "Renowned Teacher" in Shaanxi Province. He graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University with a bachelor's degree in 1992. In December 1996, he was assigned to the Xi'an Institute of Posts and Telecommunications for teaching and research after obtaining his doctorate in Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University. From April 1998 to November 2000, he was engaged in postdoctoral researches at the Center for Aeronautical Microelectronics, Northwestern Polytechnical University. From June 2001 to July 2003, he was engaged in postdoctoral researches in the National Key Laboratory of Application Specific IC and Systems, Fudan University. From February 2008 to August 2008, he engage in advanced studies as a public visiting scholar in the Department of Electronic Engineering at the University of California, Riverside. He served as the Deputy Director of Department of Computer of Xi'an Institute of Posts and Telecommunications in July 1999, Dean of School of Electronic Engineering in November 2009, Director of Graduate Division and Dean of Graduate School in July 2011, Vice President of Xi'an Institute of Posts and Telecommunication and Vice Chairman of School Academic Committee in December 2014.He currently serves as the President of Xi'an University of Science and Technology as well as Vice Chairman of School Academic Committee, while concurrently serving as the Member of Steering Committee for Teaching of Electronic Information Specialty of the Ministry of Education, Director of Education Innovation School-Enterprise Cooperation Research Branch of China Association of Higher Education as well as Member of Circuit and System Branch of Chinese Institute of Electronics.
He has long been committed to the research on ASIC design (Application - Specific Integrated Circuit) and computer architecture. He has presided over 2 projects of "863" Program, 1 key project of The National Natural Science Foundation of China and 2 projects of General Program. In addition, he has also been involved in 4 national-level projects, such as key projects of WWF, has hosted more than 10 provincial-level projects, has been granted more than 10 national invention patents, has protected 2 integrated circuit layout, and has also published more than 70 academic papers. What's more, he also won 1 first prize of Teaching Achievement of Higher Education in Shaanxi province once as the first author, 1 second prize and 2 third prizes in Science and Technology of Shaanxi Province, and 1 third prize of Science and Technology of China Institute of Communications. At the same time, He was also selected into the Ministry of Education's Supported by Program for New Century Excellent Talents in University and became the national candidate for the first batch of leading personnel of Key Scientific and Technological Innovation Teams of Shaanxi Province and "New Century National Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talent Project".
Zhang Weihu, Professor and Postgraduate Supervisor
Professor Zhang Weihu, doctor, postgraduate supervisor, male, Han nationality, born in May 1961 in Mizhi, Shaanxi Province. vice president of Xi'an University of Science and Technology.Now, he serves as the vice president of The Electronics Institute of Shaanxi Province, executive director of Shaanxi Nanoscience and Technology Society, executive director of Shaanxi Image and Graphics Society, editorial advisory board member of the magazine Modern Electronics Technique. In 2010, he graduated from Xi'an Institute of Optics and Precision Mechanics,Chinese Academy of Sciences, with a doctorate degree in engineering. The main research directions of his research are the application research of information processing, data compression technology and wide band gap semiconductor information material. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in more than 10 scientific research projects at the provincial and ministerial levels, and has published more than 60 papers in many journals, such as "Science of China G", "Chin.Phys.B", "Chin.Phys.lett", "J. Theor. Comput. Chem", "Acta Metallurgica Sinica", "Acta Physico-Chimica Sinica", "Journal of Functional Materials and Devices", "Journal of Laser and Optoelectronics Progress" and so on, more than 20 of which were included by SCI,EI,ISTP, etc. What's more, he has won 7 prizes, such as the Second Prize for Teaching Achievements of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, Science and Technology Award of Shaanxi Colleges and Universities, Yanan Science and Technology Progress Award and so on, and has also co-published 3 monographs.
Li Baiping, Professor and Postgraduate Supervisor
Li Baiping, female, a professor, doctor, postgraduate supervisor, deputy of the 15th and 16th National People's Congress of Yanta District, has worked on the front line of education for 30 years. Now, she is the director of Shaanxi Electronic Society, deputy director of the Expert Editing Committee of Teaching Materials of Applied Undergraduate Electronic Communication Series for the 21st Century in China as well as part-time researcher in Higher Education Research, Xi'an University of Science and Technology, and has independently guided more than 50 postgraduate students.
She has published more than 50 scientific research papers and more than 10 teaching papers and acted as editor-in-chief and deputy editor-in-chief in writing 10 textbooks. In addition, she presided over and participated in more than 10 horizontal and longitudinal scientific research projects, such as the Natural Science Foundation Project of Shaanxi Province, the Science Plan Project of Shaanxi Province, and so on. She also organized the revision of the teaching plan, the syllabus, the organization of 8 test paper bank projects and the establishment of 7 excellent courses, organized and helped teachers to write and publish 9 textbooks, and has done a lot of work in the teaching line.
In school, she won the honorary title of "Renowned Teacher", "Excellent Teacher", "Advanced Individual in Teacher's Morality", "Communist Party Member of Excellent Young Teacher in Higher Education System of the Whole Province" as well as "Excellent Trade Union Worker" of National Education, Culture, Health and Sports System. Meanwhile, she also is the person in charge of the provincial communications engineering specialty construction points and the provincial communication principles course teaching team. She has won the second prize for Excellent Teaching Achievements at the provincial level, 3 Science and Technology Progress Awards at the School level, more than 10 awards for Excellent Teaching Achievements in school and nearly 10 excellent textbook awards at provincial level and school level. Moreover, her book Communication Principle and Technology won the third prize for National Excellent Research Achievements in Coal Education. The textbook Microwave and satellite communication won the second prize of the First National Excellent Teaching Material of Coal Higher Education Development. The textbook Modern Communication System won the first prize of Excellent Communication Teaching Materials for Undergraduate Students in the "11th Five-Year" Plan of Peking University Press. Her "Communication Principle" CAI Courseware won Excellent Courseware Award of Shaanxi Education and Engineering Commission. On the tap of that, she has also directed Science and Technology Competitions for Undergraduate students and won many awards.

Li Guomin, Professor and Postgraduate Supervisor
Li Guomin, male, born in October 1965 in Ningxiang, Hunan, graduated from Wuhan University in 1985 with a bachelor's degree in radio electronics and then graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a master's degree in signals, circuits and systems in 1988.Now, he serves as professor and postgraduate supervisor of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, executive director of The Electronics Institute of Shaanxi Province, director of Shaanxi Signal processing Society, director of Shaanxi Communication Society as well as senior member of China Institute of Communications. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the field of information and communication engineering and the main research directions are communication signal processing and technology and application of wireless communication. He has presided over and participated in the completion of more than 10 scientific research projects of the National Development and Reform Commission, Shaanxi Provincial Science& Technology Department and Xi'an Science and Technology Bureau as well as more than 30 projects of Development and Application of Enterprise Information Technology and Enterprise Information Scientific Research. Meanwhile, he has also participated in the preparation and publication of 8 textbooks and books, published more than 60 papers in domestic and foreign academic journals, and cooperated to be granted more than 10 patents for invention, 3 awards for Excellent Teaching Achievement in Shaanxi Province, as well as 4 science and technology awards of Shaanxi and Xi'an.
Han Xiaobing, Professor and Postgraduate Supervisor
Professor Han Xiaobing, serves as the current member of Science and Technology Committee of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, academic leader of electromagnetic field and microwave technology, member of the Special Committee on Informatization of China National Coal Association, deputy director of Television Working Committee of Electronic Institute of Shaanxi Province, member of China Institute of Communications, as well as member of IEEE. He has been the judge of the Northwest Division of National Postgraduate Science and Technology Competition for many times and was named an advanced individual in scientific research at Xi'an University of Science and Technology. He is mainly engaged in the teaching and research of information network technology and wireless communication and detection. In recent years, he has hosted and participated in more than 20 scientific research projects, including the National "863" Program, the Project founded by National Natural Science Foundation of China, E-fund project of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and other provincial and municipal projects at all levels. In addition, he published more than 40 papers in core and above periodicals, edited and published 8 textbooks and books, and won 1 second prize for Science and Technology Progress Award at the provincial and ministerial level, 1 second prize for Excellent Teaching Achievement at provincial level, as well as a number of Science and Technology Awards at Department and Bureau level. Wang Anyi, male, a doctor and professor, is the person in charge of doctor station of mining information engineering discipline as well as member of Shaanxi Standardization Expert Committee.
Main Research Directions: New generation wireless broadband mobile communication technology and industry informatization technology. He has published more than 50 academic papers in domestic and foreign academic journals and published a textbook. In addition, he participated in and presided over 6 longitudinal scientific research projects at the national and provincial levels, and also participated in the National "863" Program, as well as 3 projects of the Development Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology. He has won 1 third prize of Science and Technology Progress of China Institute of Communications, 1 Xi'an Science and Technology Progress Award, 1 provincial second prize for Science and Technology Progress and 1 National Enterprise Management Modernization and Innovation Achievement Award, and also was granted more than 10 national invention patents.
Li Wenfeng, Professor and Postgraduate Supervisor
Li Wenfeng, male, a doctor of technical science, is the third-grade professor,Postgraduate Supervisor, academic leader of Electronic Science and Technology and Emergency Communications Technology Innovation Team of Xi'an University of Science and Technology. He has long been devoted to emergency rescue, theoretical and technical research and engineering application of mine information science and technology, and is diligent in study, profound in attainments and fruitful in achievements. Now, he serves as the deputy secretary general of China Special Committee for Mine Ambulance, member of China Institute of Safety Science and Technology for Coal Industry and cooperative member of the Teaching Steering Committee of Electronic Information Specialty in Colleges and Universities of the Ministry of Education.Besides, he was also named excellent postgraduate supervisor of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, excellent instructor of extracurricular scientific and technological works competition for college students and advanced individual in scientific research.
He has successively presided over a number of subjects of great theoretical significance and important application value, such as National Science and Technology Support Program, Innovation foundation of Ministry of Science and Technology, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, National Science and Technology Development Plan for Production Safety, Major Science and Technology Innovation Project in Shaanxi Province, and so on.
