Now, China University Students Online of Ministry of Education released the results of the 2017-2018 annual selection for network communication stations in colleges and universities nationwide. Xi'an University of Science and Technology was awarded "Outstanding Campus Network Communication Station" and Li Bo, a member of Publicity Section, was awarded "Outstanding Instructor of Campus Network Communication Station" by China University Students Online of Ministry of Education. Through comprehensively reviewing the indicators such as press release, column co-construction, project cooperation, joint activities and new media construction, this annual evaluation selected the winning units and individuals from nearly 600 colleges and universities in China.
The network communication station of Xi'an University of Science and Technology is undertaken by the network news agency of college students in the Publicity Section of the Party Committee. Founded in 2010, the news agency now has more than 60 student correspondents. Since its establishment, the news agency has offered campus news, ideological and political information, social practice, volunteer service, association's wonderful performance and other relevant information in a timely manner to the China University Students Online of Ministry of Education. Additionally, it has actively participated in various activities jointly organized by the Ideological and Political Department of the Ministry of Education and China University Students Online of Ministry of Education. Our university was awarded the national "Top Ten, Excellent Campus Network Communication Station" multiple times.
