IV. Training forms and work requirements
The post-doctoral innovation base joint training form of center for post-doctoral studies of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, and Huangling Mining (Group) Co., Ltd under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd. enter the center for post-doctoral studies of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, with 2 years of training period. The postdoctors could sign formal contracts with Huangling Mining (Group) Co., Ltd under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd. upon the expiration of the training period. Those postdoctors could participate in the research and development of major projects of Huangling Mining (Group) Co., Ltd under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd. when conducting studies in the center. The annual working time of postdoctors shall not be not less than 10 months.
V. Treatment in the center
1. Huangling Mining (Group) Co., Ltd under Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co.,Ltd. provides the annual salary of 100,000-200,000 (exclusive of state subsidies and rewards) and provide necessary office and living conditions.
2. Postdoctors can apply for grants and special grants from China Post-doctoral Science Foundation, post-doctoral research grants and living subsidies in Shaanxi Province; with the consent of the joint training department, postdoctors can apply for China's post-doctoral innovation talent support program, overseas projects such as postdoctor dispatching and academic exchanges.
